A 1. If you have SLIC defective product, please send us an email to sales@slicshoes.com with all relevant info as listed below. Please note that we wont repair. Rather will replace for current style, if found defective claim permissible. Items with excessive wear and tear, material breakdown from extended time and/or use, or improper care will not be considered for a warranty. Once your email reached, will contact you via email & will inform as to how to send defective footwear to SLIC factory. Defective product should reach SLIC factory for inspection. Please allow three to four working days for our confirmation. Information needed to process request:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Stock# (or name of boot) usually a 4 or 5 digit number mentioned on the product
  • Size
  • Where was item purchased (if known)
  • When was item purchased (if known)
  • Description on defect
  • Please include pictures if possible

A 2. The warranty period is six months against manufacturing defects from the date of supply .
